Positive Behavior Incentive Program
Campbell Cub Incentive Program
The incentive program was designed by staff using the Engineer Design Process. Student council provided feedback. The Engineer Design Process is used to find a solution to a problem.
Question: How can we provide Campbell STEM students with engaging and authentic learning opportunities?
Ask: During this step, questions are asked about the problem. (What should a positive behavior support system look like at Campbell? How can we celebrate students and instill life-long learning? Can a positive behavior support system encourage students to do their best academically and behaviorally? Will a positive behavior support system increase attendance? etc.)
Imagine: During this step, a lot of brainstorming occurred.
Plan: During this step, materials were gathered and an outline was created.
Create: The plan has been shared with students, staff, and families. The plan will be followed throughout the 2025 - 2026 school year.
Experiment: Following through on the plan in the 2025-2026 school year and collecting data.
Improve: As needed, the plan will be revamped based on student, staff, and family feedback.
